Tanya Sursug RMT is leaving Basic Kneads

After almost 10 years at Basic Kneads, Tanya Sursug is leaving Basic Kneads to pursue her life and career passions in Whitby, Ontario.   August 18th will be Tanya’s last day at our clinic.  Tanya is an irreplaceable element of our clinic and her absence will leave a hole in all of our hearts.  We wholeheartedly hope she will find happiness in her new home and enhance the lives of those she meets in the future.  Please give our clinic a call if you require insight into who would be most suitable to transfer your future care to.

Sabrina Smith RMT is leaving Basic Kneads

Sabrina has the opportunity to pursue her career in a clinic closer to home.   We hope the opportunity and added convenience will enhance her career pursuit and we wish her luck, health and prosperity in her future endeavors!  She will truly be missed!  September 6th will be Sabrina’s last day at our clinic.  Please give our clinic a call if you require insight into who would be most suitable to transfer your future care to.

Changes at our Front Desk

Everyone knows that a business’ success depends on the proficiency and attitude of the person at the front desk.  Melissa has been the face of our business since 2008 (with a 3yr hiatus)  It is with great reluctance and sadness that we have accepted her resignation.  Melissa has a desire to pursue greater challenges and will be leaving us at the end of August.  Melissa’s meticulous attention to detail and patient governance of our clients and our team will be sorely missed.  The friendships that have formed will never be lost and we wish her every possible success in her future endeavors.

We hope that you will welcome her successor Lindsey and be patient with her as she learns the ropes and becomes an integral part of our team on August 27th.

Additionally our Saturday receptionist Moira has recently left Basic Kneads for a full time position that included Saturdays, and has been succeeded by Carolyn.  Carolyn is a multi-talented individual who has recently changed professions and is quickly learning the ropes!   Her bubbly personality and attention to detail has been a welcome asset to our clinic.
